By using the present website and placing an order through it the buyer accepts :
- To use the website only for consultations or legally valid orders
- Not to use the website for false or fraudulent orders. If we have plausible reason to believe that orders of this nature have been placed , we are authorized to cancel them and to inform the competent authorities.

The products shown on our website are not only advertised within the limits of their availability.
In case of non- availability of one of them , the buyer will be informed immediately by email (address used to order). We reserve the right to supply information of similar products of the same or superior quality or value that the buyer might decide to order.
In spite of our efforts to ensure the correct reproduction of the colours of products through the photos published on our site, we are unable to exclude the possibility of slight differences due to the techniques of reproducing colours on computers.
Consequently we decline all responsibility for errors of the graphic reproduction or photos of products on the website.
As per laws in place , the products are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax).

Prices are shown in Euros
The price debited to the buyer is the price shown on the ORDER CONFIRMATION sent by email.
METHODS OF SALE
Users can consult the various pages of the Website free of charge without any obligation to buy in order to view and choose products to include in an order.
Once the order has been placed , the buyer will receive an email confirming the order. An ORDER CONFIRMATION with a summary of the order.
Payment can be made by credit card Visa, Mastercard or PayPal by using the following Bank Details

If an invoice is required, this should be requested when ordering.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Orders are sent through a national transport company with 2 to 5 working days from the receipt of confirmation of the order.
By email you will be supplied with tracking details so you can check your delivery .
The products ordered will be delivered to the address given on the order form.
In case of delivery delay, the buyer must inform us by email or by using our contact telephone numbers.
Once received the delivery the client should check that that the products received correspond to the order. Any complaints received more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted and we will not accept responsibility.
Delivery in Italy is free of charge.
RETURN OF GOODS
In line with the law art. 49.1 lett. h) del d.lgs. n 21/2014 the buyer has a term of 14 working days
( fourteen) from the date of delivery to return goods and advise by email the return through our customer services.
This return can only be made by the buyer and not third parties.
METHOD OF RETURN OF GOODS
Having advised our customer services as per point 7 , the customer will put the goods in a box , preferably the one it arrived in , secured with cellotape and affix the return label.
We will send an email as soon as the box is delivered to our shops.
Italian Style Sorrento will arrange a refund once the merchandise has been received and checked for quality.
Italian Style Sorrento will not proceed with the refund in the following cases :
- If the product has been used after opening
- If the product is not in the same state as delivered ie: if it has been damaged or if it is not whole and preserved in its normal state and has the label still attached.
Italian Style Sorrento will use the same method for the refund as that used by the customer to buy.
Italian Style Sorrento is not bound to reimburse supplementary costs if the buyer decides to use a different method or form of transport to return goods.
The cost of returning goods is down to the customer.
APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION
The use of our website and the contracts of buying of products through the site are regulated by Italian Law.
Any controversy derived from the use of our website or any dispute about contracts made with us will be judged at the court of Tore Annunziata (NA).
The signing of a contract by a consumer is protected by the consumer protection laws of this country.
